Terms for using Mil Marketplace.
Effective September 19, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the Mil Marketplace service.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Mil Marketplace, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Independent informational service
Mil Marketplace is an independent research and preparation tool that is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or any military service. It synthesizes publicly available information and does not provide official assignment, personnel, legal, financial, housing, or relocation advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify Mil Marketplace promptly at contact@mymilmarketplace.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use and sensitive information
You may not submit classified information, CUI, nonpublic operational information, sensitive personnel information, nonpublic readiness information, vulnerabilities, future-operation information, nonpublic capabilities, private contact information, unlawful content, malicious instructions, or other information inappropriate for a public-information research service.
You may not attempt to defeat access limits, compromise accounts or systems, misuse promo codes, scrape or disrupt the service, or use generated information to harm people or operations. The Acceptable Use & Research Safety policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Access levels
Free access currently includes three researched assignments. Pro access currently includes 40 researched assignments, and promotional Pro access may be offered. Paid subscriptions, recurring billing, renewals, and refunds are not currently offered. Access levels and features may change prospectively.
Research limitations and no guarantee
Information may change, be incomplete, become outdated, or contain third-party inaccuracies. You must independently verify important information with appropriate official sources. Mil Marketplace does not guarantee information accuracy, assignment availability, interview outcomes, assignment selection, or any career result. Practice questions are illustrative and are not claimed to be actual unit interview questions.
Intellectual property and user content
Mil Marketplace and its original software, visual design, and product content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for information you submit and grant the service permission to process it as needed to provide requested features. Third-party source content remains subject to the rights and terms of its owners.
Third-party services and links
The service relies on providers including Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, and public websites used as research sources. Mil Marketplace does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.
Availability, changes, suspension, and termination
The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, policy violations, legal requirements, or service protection. Where practical, material changes to these Terms should be reflected by an updated effective date.
Warranty and liability limitations
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Mil Marketplace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or reliance damages arising from use of the service or its information. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
