Terms for using Mil Marketplace.

By creating an account or using Mil Marketplace, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mil Marketplace is an independent research and preparation tool that is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or any military service. It synthesizes publicly available information and does not provide official assignment, personnel, legal, financial, housing, or relocation advice.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify Mil Marketplace promptly at contact@mymilmarketplace.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not submit classified information, CUI, nonpublic operational information, sensitive personnel information, nonpublic readiness information, vulnerabilities, future-operation information, nonpublic capabilities, private contact information, unlawful content, malicious instructions, or other information inappropriate for a public-information research service.

You may not attempt to defeat access limits, compromise accounts or systems, misuse promo codes, scrape or disrupt the service, or use generated information to harm people or operations. The Acceptable Use & Research Safety policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Free access includes two researched assignments per marketplace cycle. New Assignment Research Pass purchases are $9.99 one-time for 12 calendar months beginning at successful payment fulfillment and 20 total research uses in that term. They do not renew automatically. Unused annual uses expire with the pass. Promotional cycle-specific access may be offered. Earlier Mil Marketplace Pro purchases retain their historical allowance and terms; this new price does not alter prior orders. Owner/Admin accounts remain unlimited across marketplace cycles. Access levels and features may change prospectively.

When a marketplace cycle ends, historical assignments and reports remain accessible. Free access continues under the applicable marketplace-cycle allowance. Annual purchases are independent of cycle sales windows. Historical paid cycle purchases retain their original terms.

New Assignment Research Pass purchases are processed by Stripe as one-time payments for a 12-calendar-month term from successful fulfillment. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Additional purchases, when eligible, require a new payment. Existing cycle purchases retain their original terms.

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase when no paid research allowance has been consumed. Once paid research has been used, purchases are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, technical failures, or where required by law.

Send refund requests to contact@mymilmarketplace.com. Refund decisions and processing are handled manually. A confirmed full refund revokes only the matching paid Assignment Research Pass access; partial refunds do not automatically revoke access; previously generated reports and user data remain available, and consumed research is not restored.

Information may change, be incomplete, become outdated, or contain third-party inaccuracies. You must independently verify important information with appropriate official sources. Mil Marketplace does not guarantee information accuracy, assignment availability, interview outcomes, assignment selection, or any career result. Practice questions are illustrative and are not claimed to be actual unit interview questions.

Mil Marketplace and its original software, visual design, and product content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for information you submit and grant the service permission to process it as needed to provide requested features. Third-party source content remains subject to the rights and terms of its owners.

Feedback is private by default. Mil Marketplace may publicly quote feedback as a testimonial only when you explicitly consent and the owner separately approves publication. Attribution follows the preference submitted with that consent. Feedback and ratings do not affect access, promotional benefits, or entitlements.

The service relies on providers including Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Stripe for hosted payment processing, and public websites used as research sources. Mil Marketplace does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.

The service may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, policy violations, legal requirements, or service protection. Where practical, material changes to these Terms should be reflected by an updated effective date.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Mil Marketplace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or reliance damages arising from use of the service or its information. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
