Marketplace decisions often require piecing together unit pages, installation resources, local-area information, and informal notes. Mil Marketplace is designed to organize that work without pretending there is one universally “best” assignment.

Soldiers can research saved assignments from public sources, review source and verification information, compare two or three options, and prepare for conversations with prospective units. Private notes remain associated with the Soldier’s saved assignment.

Mil Marketplace does not rank Soldiers, recommend which assignment to choose, predict selection, guarantee interview outcomes, or claim access to nonpublic Army information.
